My dishnetwork 500 would not receive all stations! Serviceman checked several positions for replacement of dish. He finally found a place for the dish that would work but had to purchace a longer poll to install the dish on so that it would be high enough to clear the trees in our area. The reception now, is great eventhough we are in a heavly wooded area at Stone Mountain Park, GA. I will tell all that ask about the excelent service that I received."

Had a last minute problem with our satellite connection that we needed quick service. Our satellite provider could not come out until Tuesday, but we needed our tv working by Friday evening for Olympic Opening Ceremony viewing with neighbors.
